(Q) DO YOU OFFER SPECIAL RATES FOR CHARTIBLE ORGANISATIONS

(A) YES - we have a lot of experience with local charities who use our products for fund raising, awareness campaigns and volunteer and supporter rewards. Please contact our experienced team about how we me able to help and benefit your good cause. Our clients include the Rosemere Cancer Foundation, Galloway's Society for the Blind, HeartbeatBaby Beat and St Catherine's Hospice.

 

(Q) CAN WE PAY BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD OVER THE TELEPHONE? 

(A) YES we accept credit cards and debit cards by telephone. Please order online for the best prices, free delivery* and speed of service. We have limited capacity to take telephone orders, and will add a minimum of  £6 +VAT per carton/package to orders by phone. 

 *Free delivery to the area defined by our carriers on the map at our checkout. 

 

(Q) WHICH PAYMENT CARD TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?

(A) We accept the following credit cards online:  Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Debit Mastercard 

We accept the following credit cards by phone (*£6 +VAT per carton applies to these orders): Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit (NB Delivery to card holder's address only).

 

(Q) DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR PAYMENT BY CARD?

(A) NO - We do not charge extra for payment by card.

 

(Q) CAN WE VISIT YOU IN PERSON TO SEE THE PRODUCTS? 

(A) YES - probably........however, because we are now almost entirely mail-order based, we cannot always see visitors without an appointment. Please always call first, and don't just visit, as we may not be able to see you without prior arrangement. Our telephone order line number is 01772 429110 (carriage charged per pack for telephone orders). 

 

(Q) WHAT ARE YOUR TYPICAL DELIVERY TIMES? 

(A) Orders received are normally dispatched on the same day if received before 11am. Same day despatch cannot be guaranteed at times of high demand. See terms and conditions here.  All orders are dispatched between Monday and Friday. Larger orders are sent by courier and smaller orders (usually those up to 2kgs in weight) by Royal Mail. 

Delivery Time: Many deliveries can arrive next day. However this is not guaranteed and we ask that you allow three working days for your delivery. Orders despatched on Friday will normally arrive on Monday or Tuesday. We do not offer a guaranteed next day delivery courier service for Saturdays, although occasionally the courier may attempt to deliver. Royal Mail orders sent on Fridays may be delivered on Saturday. Unfortunately there is no option for a Sunday delivery. NB If your order cannot be delivered, please ensure we have permission to leave with a neighbour or in a safe place. Please contact us prior to placing your order if this is likely to be the case. If Royal Mail/courier is unable to deliver, a card may be left for the customer to contact the relevant delivery company to arrange their own collection. If the goods are not collected by the customer, and the goods returned to us as a result, we will be forced to charge carriage paid for the failed delivery. 

Royal Mail deliveries: Small orders are sent by Royal Mail with proof of delivery. Normal Royal Mail delivery times apply. 

 

(Q) WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY? 

(A) If your purchase arrives damaged in transit, you must inform us within 24 hours and we will arrange to have the item replaced at our expense. We may also require the damaged goods to be returned to us or to see evidence (photo). Also, do not continue to assemble products if you discover a manufacturing fault in your batch. Please contact us in this event at the earliest opportunity.

 

(Q) WHAT IS YOUR RE-STOCKING POLICY? 

(A) If you order the wrong items and would like to return goods, (within 7 days of receipt), you will be responsible for the carriage costs on the returned items to our Bamber Bridge office. We also reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of a minimum of 10% of the goods' returned value, especially if products are returned not as originally packed. On receipt of the goods at BlankKeyrings.co.uk, providing they are in good condition, we will then issue a refund/credit to the person who purchased the goods. 

N.B. We politely ask that the goods are returned to us in the condition that we sent them - tightly packed to avoid damage in transit. We reserve the right to withhold a refund if the goods are not returned to us in a resaleable state.

 

(Q) IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER? 

(A) NO - we do not have a minimum order value, other than the minimum quantities shown on the website. We supply good quality blank promotional products that you make and assemble yourself with our easy two part products.

 

(Q) ARE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS SAFE? 

(A) YES - BlankKeyrings.co.uk has full merchant status for secure credit card transactions over the telephone and via the internet (Telephone Order Line 01772 429110). For our online payments we use SagePay and PayPal. SagePay are one of the most respected on-line credit card clearing companies in the world, and employ state of the art security measures. BlankKeyrings.co.uk does not store your credit card details at any time. Both SagePay and PayPal are authorised and regulated in the UK by the FSA. 

 

(Q) WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? 

(A) You can pay by telephone by calling our order line on 01772 429110 (please note that due to limited capacity to deal with calls, a  minimum of £6 +VAT per carton/package applies to telephone orders). You can also order online safely and securely with SagePay and PayPal. We accept most major credit and debit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Debit Mastercard and we do not charge extra for this facility. Arrangements can also be made for payment by bank transfer. Please contact our team for more details.

We also accept UK cheques by post but will only take cash payments, in person, via prior arrangement. Please do not send cash payments by mail. If you would prefer to pay by cheque via post, simply find the items that you require, call us on 01772 429110 to confirm availability and prices, then enclose a brief note of your required products in your letter (you can add the items to your cart and print off the order form if this is easier). Please remember to enclose your UK delivery address with your request when you post your cheque to us. All prices subject to VAT. Please allow extra time for clearance of cheque payments.

If you are in the mainland UK, delivery is free * if ordered online - see the shipping question below for exclusions - so we advise ordering online rather than using the telephone or cheque payment. We will despatch your goods promptly after receipt of full payment and cheque clearance. 

 

(Q) DO YOU ONLY DELIVER TO THE UK? 

No - we export these UK manufactured products as well. A list of contries with fixed carriage prices is available at the checkout. Please also see our Shipping and Payment page.

(Q) CAN I GET SOME SAMPLES? 

(A) YES. We have 2 standard sample packs; these contain approximately 10 items that we offer in our range, including keyrings, magnets, etc - you'll receive a mixture of ten items that are available. The sample packs are available directly from the shopping cart and you can select which one you prefer, and add it to your cart while shopping.

(Q) DO YOU SELL OR SUPPORT KEYRING CREATOR SOFTWARE

(A) No - This software used to be sold by our sister company, Plastics-Direct, prior to 2016. We no longer have any rights or access to sales, technical information or any other data relating to the programme. Any queries relating to the software must be directed to the sofware company, and we suggest using the contact form on their website. (Q) WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?

(A) Any information submitted to ourselves through this website WILL NOT BE SHARED with any other commercial partners, other than that necessary for the fulfillment of any order placed with us. We will only collect personal information from you (such as name, address, telephone number, email address etc) which you have provided voluntarily to us, either by ordering, completing registration or enquiry forms or sending emails to us. Please do not submit your personal data to us if you do not wish us to collect it.
