Where can I buy blank clear acrylic keyrings?

Where are blank key rings manufactured?

The majority of our blank clear acrylic products are manufactured in the UK.

Can you print our inserts for us?

Is there a minimum order?

No, we do not have a minimum order value, other than the minimum quantities shown on the website. We supply good quality blank promotional products that you make and assemble yourself with our easy-to-assemble two-part products.

Can we visit you in person to see the products?

Yes, we always welcome visitors! Please ring first to be sure that someone is free to speak to you. We would not want you to have a wasted trip! Our telephone number is 01772 429110.

Please note: we do not hold stock, other than samples, at our offices. Customers who used to collect stock (from our old address) can no longer do so. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Collection may still be possible with 2 to 3 days' notice.

Can I get some samples?

Yes. We have two standard sample packs; these contain approximately 10 items that we offer in our range, including photo keyrings, photo fridge magnets, promotional coasters, etc - you'll receive a mixture of ten items that are available. The sample packs are available directly from the shopping cart and you can select which one you prefer, and add it to your cart while shopping.

Do you sell or support keyring creator software? 

No. This software used to be sold by our company, Plastics-Direct, prior to 2016. We no longer have any rights or access to sales, technical information or any other data relating to the programme. Any queries relating to the software must be directed to the software company, and we suggest using the contact form on their website. Do you offer special rates for charitable organisations? 

Yes!  Community is at the heart of a lot of the work we do.  We have a lot of experience with local charities who use our products for fundraising, awareness campaigns and volunteer and supporter rewards. Can we pay by credit or debit card over the telephone? 

Yes, we accept credit cards and debit cards by telephone. Please order online for the best prices, free delivery* and speed of service. We have limited capacity to take telephone orders, and will add a minimum of £7 + VAT per carton/package to orders by phone. 

*Free delivery to the area defined by our carriers on the map at our checkout. 

Which payment card types do you accept? 

We accept the following credit cards online:  Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Debit Mastercard 

We accept the following credit cards by phone*: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit (NB. Delivery to cardholder's address only).

Do you charge extra for payment by credit card? 

No, we do not charge extra for payment by card.

Are my credit card details safe?

Yes, BlankKeyrings.co.uk has full merchant status for secure credit card transactions over the telephone and via the internet (Telephone Order Line: 01772 429110). For our online payments we use SagePay and PayPal. SagePay are one of the most respected online credit card clearing companies in the world, and employ state of the art security measures. BlankKeyrings.co.uk does not store your credit card details at any time. Both SagePay and PayPal are authorised and regulated in the UK by the FSA. 

What payment methods do you accept? 

You can pay by telephone by calling our order line on 01772 429110 (please note that due to limited capacity to deal with calls, a minimum of £7 + VAT per carton/package applies to telephone orders).

You can also order online safely and securely with SagePay and PayPal. We accept most major credit and debit cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Debit Mastercard.  We do not charge extra for this facility. Arrangements can also be made for payment by bank transfer. Please contact our team for more details.

We also accept UK cheques by post but will only take cash payments in person, with appointment arrangements being made in advance. Please do not send cash payments by mail. If you would prefer to pay by cheque via post, simply find the items that you require, call us on 01772 429110 to confirm availability and prices, then enclose a brief note of your required products in your letter (you can add the items to your cart and print off the order form if this is easier). Please remember to enclose your UK delivery address with your request when you post your cheque to us. All prices subject to VAT. Please allow extra time for clearance of cheque payments.

If you are in the mainland UK, delivery is free* if ordered online (see the Delivery & Shipping section below for exclusions) so we advise ordering online rather than using the telephone or cheque payment. We will despatch your goods promptly after receipt of full payment and cheque clearance.



What are your typical delivery times

Note some carriers and the Royal Mail are commonly experiencing delays, so no delivery dates are guaranteed.

Orders are normally despatched within 24 hours. Same day despatch cannot be guaranteed at times of high demand. See our terms and conditions

All orders are despatched between Monday and Friday. Larger orders are sent by courier and smaller orders (usually those up to 2kgs in weight) by Royal Mail 48.  

Many deliveries can arrive next day. However this is not guaranteed and we ask that you allow at least three working days for your delivery. We do not offer a guaranteed next day delivery courier service for Saturdays, although occasionally the courier may attempt to deliver. Royal Mail orders sent on Fridays may be delivered on Saturday. Unfortunately, there is no option for a Sunday delivery.

If your order cannot be delivered, please ensure we have permission to leave with a neighbour or in a safe place. Please contact us prior to placing your order if this is likely to be the case. If Royal Mail/courier is unable to deliver, a card may be left for the customer to contact the relevant delivery company to arrange their own collection.

If the goods are not collected by the customer, and the goods returned to us as a result, we will be forced to charge carriage paid for the failed delivery. 

Royal Mail deliveries: Small orders are sent by Royal Mail with proof of delivery. Normal Royal Mail delivery times apply. 

Do you only deliver to the UK?

No, we also export our UK-manufactured products as well. A list of contries with fixed carriage prices is available at the checkout. Please also see our Shipping & Payment page for details on exports and UK exclusions.

What is your returns policy? 

If your purchase arrives damaged in transit, you must inform us within 24 hours and we will arrange to have the item replaced at our expense. We may also require the damaged goods to be returned to us or to see evidence (eg. a photo). Also, please do not continue to assemble products if you discover a manufacturing fault in your batch. Please contact us in this event at the earliest opportunity.

What is your re-stocking policy? 

If you order the wrong items and would like to return goods (within 7 days of receipt), you will be responsible for the carriage costs on the returned items to our Leyland office. We also reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee of a minimum of 10% of the goods' returned value, especially if products are returned not as originally packed.

On receipt of the goods at BlankKeyrings.co.uk, providing they are in good condition, we will then issue a refund/credit to the person who / company that purchased the goods. 

We politely ask that the goods are returned to us in the condition that we sent them, tightly packed to avoid damage in transit. We reserve the right to withhold a refund if the goods are not returned to us in a resaleable state.



What is your privacy policy?

Any information submitted to ourselves through this website will not be shared with any other commercial partners, other than that necessary for the fulfillment of any order placed with us. We will only collect personal information from you (such as name, address, telephone number, email address, etc.) which you have provided voluntarily to us, either by ordering, completing registration or enquiry forms or sending emails to us. Please do not submit your personal data to us if you do not wish us to collect it.
